30 Second Thursday
Every Thursday, Mrs Heatlie will show you three different exercises that you will need to do for 30 seconds. Can you do the same three exercises for 30 seconds, three times during the day?
Make sure you have plenty of space around you and don't forget a drink! Ask someone to set the 30 seconds using a phone, tablet, an online timer or even the microwave or Alexa!
The three exercises this week are a plank hold, wide leg twists and kick backs. Good luck everyone!
