Cleaner - Oak Learning Trust
Oak Learning Trust a successful multi-academy trust seeking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic cleaners to join our facilities team. While initially based at George Washington Primary school, this role involves working across all trust schools to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors and movement between sites may be required.
The successful candidate will be hard-working, friendly, committed, and able to use their own initiative. This is a hands-on cleaning role, requiring high standards of hygiene and attention to detail. The role may include working alongside other cleaning staff and liaising with site manager and the facilities team.
Contract Type:
Permanent x 5 positions
Part time, working Hours 12 -16 hours
Term time + 2 weeks
Full time Equivalent Grade 1, scale point 3 to 4 which is £24,795 - £25,185

Site Manager - Riverside Primary Academy
The trustees of Oak Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic site manager at Riverside Primary Academy. While this role is initially based at one school, there may be the requirement to work across or between schools in the Trust.
We are a successful primary multi academy trust with schools in Gateshead, South Tyneside and Washington. We promote a positive, happy working environment where everyone works together for the benefit of all of our children. We have high standards and high expectations and the successful candidate will be keen to work within these and contribute to them.
The successful candidate will be friendly, committed and able to use their own initiative. They will oversee all aspects of site management to provide a safe, secure environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This is a ‘hands on’ practical role requiring active site work as well as overseeing maintenance and security of the school site. Working with the Facilities and Estates Manager, possessing excellent communication capabilities, they will be able to develop good relationships with the staff, pupils and wider school community.
Contract Type: Permanent
Full time working pattern – including split shifts: Monday to Friday (hours to be arranged upon appointment). Some out of hours work and essential cover in emergencies. Based in allocated trust school (Riverside Primary Academy) but working across all trust schools from time to time as required.
Grade 3, scale point 7 to 11 which is £26,403 - £28,142
